"Haleakala Crater on Maui is the inspirational world fire vortex, or spinner wheel. Spiritual themes associated with this centre are liberty, justice, adjustment and purpose. The sun, fire, Aries and the global ley artery – the Plumed Serpent – are important at Haleakala. Haleakala Crater is one of the 12 Foundation Stones of the Planetary New Jerusalem.
The story about Haleakala is thus: Maui stood atop the volcano and lassoed the sun. He held the sun captive until the sun agreed to pause over Haleakala each day, and bless the earth with a special transmission of the Solar Logos.

Mauna Loa is the largest volcano in the world. It last erupted between 24 March - 15 April 1984. Interestingly, the Rainbow Serpent was activated at Glastonbury, England, on 22 April 1984. Mauna Kea is the tallest volcano on Hawaii.
