The Twelve Foundation Sites

**13th Site of Synthesis: Sergiev Posad - Moscow

The six-pointed star is the 13th site - its qualities are a synthesis of the 12 Foundation Sites.
As such it only awakens once the 12 are fully functioning. The 13th Site is keyed to Blue Moons
until the Great Wesak of 2008. For the purposes of earth chakra work, a blue moon
occurs when there are two consecutive new, or full, moons in the same zodiac sign.

The Two Great Dragon Ley Arteries of the World

The distribution of chakra energies throughout the world is primarily accomplished through great ley-lines,
or telluric dragon arteries. On a wall-map of the world, depending on how they are drawn,
the two primary ley energy arteries - The Female Rainbow Serpent and the Male Plumed Serpent -
form the image of an infinity symbol, or double helix. Also, these dragon currents directly connect
all of the permanent earth chakras, except one, the throat chakra, which is uniquely situated.

The Female Rainbow Serpent and The Male Plumed (Feathered) Serpent

The pathway of The Rainbow Serpent connects Uluru, to Lake Titicaca, Glastonbury, England,
Moscow-Sergiev Posad, Mount Kailas in Tibet, and Bali. The pathway of The Plumed Serpent
connects Palenque in Mexico, Mount Shasta, Mount Fuji, Bali, and Lake Titicaca.

The Plumed Serpent and the Rainbow Serpent cross each other at only two places - Lake Titicaca and Bali.
The crossing in the Andes is at the world’s sexual chakra. There, the crossing blesses conception and birth.
On Bali, the crossing is like a planetary blood filter, removing impurities.
